This resource lists all existing syllables in Mandarin. It is different from other resources that also list tones of the various syllables in that it does not include syllable and tone combinations that don't exist. Therefore, this only contains naturally occurring syllables. There is also an animation for each of the tone, although I don't think that adds much value.
