HSK 6 Complete Vocabulary Course | with Sentence Examples | 1 - 100 on Mandarin Corner. There were a fair amount of familiar characters, but combined in unfamiliar ways. I liked learning some new four-character idioms.

Used WordSwing's SRS gadget to introduce words instead of individual characters -- I came across a number of words that used familiar characters but combined in ways that were new to me.

Used the spaced repetition gadget on WordSwing to mark which characters were familiar/unfamiliar.

Studied Skritter cards. I also tried a "timed attack" round, where a list of 20 words was given with the aim of writing the characters in the fastest possible time.
