In the beginning, when I had just started learning Chinese with the Integrated Chinese series, I downloaded some reday-made decks to that purpose. Later I decided that I want to focus on reading and passive vocabulary. Since then I've been using Chinese Text Analyzer to creat word lists from the books I want to read and then import them to Anki. Do you already know about the Chinese Support Redux Add-On for Anki? It allows to mass-add cards with audio which can be quite useful...
