I’m enjoying listening to 故事FM because it’s has lots of different voices and accents as each person tells their own story — I listened a couple of times to the recent episode on climbing Everest and am now listening to the most recent one about women who travel with their truck-driving husbands. I have Pleco open to look up words I’m not sure about but am not being too obsessive about understanding every word.

I’ve found the talking book of 许三观卖血记 The Blood Merchant by Yu Hua on line. I’ve read the book in English so now I’m going to listen to the Chinese as my listening practice
