Finished the Chairman's Bao HSK1 collection! Could really see an improvement in reading speed and comprehension of high-frequency characters/sentence structures as the month went on ^_^ very happy!

Getting to the end of my Pleco Chairman's Bao collection! Really proud of myself for reading the whole way through :)

More work on Welcome to Beijing reader, including spending some time reading aloud slowly for tone practice

ELi "Welcome to Beijing" reader - read first, then more intensive reading using dictionary, then listened to the audio. Definitely getting faster!

Morning reading with coffee is a great way to practice during other activities!

Slower, more careful reading of some more complex material, stopping to look up characters in detail, etc

Morning newspaper article reading; I can really see that my reading speed on these HSK1 level articles has improved over the course of the challenge! Very rewarding to see :)
