Took a sentence yesterday, put it into audacity and pronounced it in unison for several minutes. Sent my recordings to a friend and practised single tone pairs of the sentence, an eventually the whole sentence.

15 min chorusing (sentence no. 2 from the dialogue I am practising right now), reviewd sentence no. 1 and practised tone pairs of both sentences and the full sentences with a native speaker on the phone (45 min)
