One great thing about listening to conversational audio is that I get to notice more differences between conversational language, compared to written language. For example, the 如果...的話 pattern is conversational, but the 的話 isn't really used in written language.

Listened about 30 min of Advanced ChinesePod lessons, but those are tiring to follow because those are definitely above my level. These are mostly in Chinese and only use a bit of English, so that's been helpful. I then did 30 min of Intermediate lessons, which would be closer to my level.

ChinesePod videos and lessons, ranging from Elementary (when I was a bit tired, less active listening) to Intermediate (when I could focus my full attention, active listening).

Audiobook: Intermediate Chinese Short Stories, which has relatively large chunks of stories told exclusively in Chinese, followed by vocabulary and a few questions.

Another 45 min of ChinesePod (Dialogue, Expansion, etc). It's amazing how many different words are out there..

ChinesePod: listening to elementary lesson dialogues and also searching/writing up words that I recognize. I only listen to the dialogues at this point and not the whole podcast, because I would be able to recognize about 70-100% of the dialogue at this level. There's definitely some specialized terminology on certain topics that I'm not familiar with, such as gymnastics.
