Read some newbie content on Du Chinese. Elementary is probably the right level for extensive reading, but was still fun to see how easy this seems now, when it was still pretty difficult a few months ago.

That was a great experience. Reading MC breakthrough level Just Friends in one go before bedtime, understanding everything and having to look up only to vocab. I prepared by reviewing the vocab beforehand (I know all the characters, but some of the more informal constructions needed prep). So much fun! Will have a look at Du Chinese now for the rest of the challenge, and possibly try MC Level 1 soon.

Mandarin Companion. Finished "The Misadventures of Zhou Haisheng", started "In Search of Hua Ma". Getting quite quick now, not much left on breakthrough level - not sure though if I am ready for Level 1...
