It's a YouTube channel and they have both VODs and streams. I'm currently watching the Masters Berlin competition! You can find their YouTube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCV7Uy7ZrpHmkOvHsLOsD_Jw
Thanks a lot, looks like they've got some proper production value too! For anyone reading this who like me watches mostly CS: After I posted I saw that BLAST, which has the next upcoming bigger event, has a page listing all streams based on language, and has three options for Mandarin. The links seem to be broken still, but gives you an idea on where to look :) https://blastpremier.com/watch/
Thanks for sharing! Many games have official streamers listed for major competitions. For StarCraft 2, for example, the Liquipedia page for each tournament usually has a list of streamers in various languages, often including at least one in Mandarin.

Hey, saw this and thought it might be a stream? I love watching CS streams myself, and I've been searching for decent ones in Mandarin covering tier 1 games, but not much luck thus far. If this is indeed a stream you're referring to, do you have any tips for where to look? :)
