This is the Chinese website of the BBC, which contains large numbers of articles about news and current events. The articles are available in both simplified and traditional Chinese. However, I don't think there is a way to read Chinese and English articles in parallel, so if that's what you're after, I suggest going to the New York Times instead, which has an excellent parallel reading function. The BBC site is still good, of course, it depends on what you're after.
