Word Reference offers several good forums for discussing languages and this is the Chinese section. It's perhaps not as active as Chinese Forums and I don't follow this forum regularly, so I don't know much about the quality of the discussions. It's still reasonably active and also has an extensive list of resources for learning Chinese. In any case, having more than one place to discuss and talk about Chinese is great!
