I've taken some book summaries of interesting non-fiction books, rewritten them into simple English and had them translated into Chinese. This way, the vocabulary and grammar will be easier to understand for intermediate level learners. There are also audio recordings to go along with each summary so you can practice listening and reading. Some of the titles include: Catch Me if You Can, Steve Jobs, Open: An Authobiography, 7 Habits of Highly Successful People, and more.

Great find! I wish there were more resources like this one. Will spread it through social media channels when I get the chance.
