Found a great site(https://hskreading.com/) with graded articles and short stories. I read most of the Intermediate articles (the majority are 1-2 min reads).

Stories from Graded Reader 500 Words (Sinolingua): first read through the story then moved to more intensive reading, making vocabulary lists and studying characters etc.
